Phosphorus-L (Single Liquid) is a ready-to-use reagent kit for the quantitative estimation of phosphorus in serum. Phosphorus reacts with ammonium molybdate in sulphuric acid to form an unreduced phosphomolybdate complex, measured at 340 nm. Manufactured at Reckon’s Vadodara facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and released against reference standards before dispatch.

Procedure at a glance4 steps
- Pipette 1.0 ml of reagent into the blank, standard and test tubes; add 0.01 ml of standard and of sample to their tubes.
- Mix and incubate for 5 minutes at room temperature.
- Read the standard and the test against the blank at 340 nm.
- Phosphorus (mg/dl) = absorbance of test ÷ absorbance of standard × 5.
