This website is operated by Reckon Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd., 3/7, B.I.D.C, Gorwa, Vadodara 390 016, Gujarat, India. In these terms, we and Reckon mean that company, and you means anyone using the site.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Using this site

You may read, search and print anything published here for your own business use, including sending an enquiry.

You may not:

• copy the site, or a substantial part of it, to republish it as your own
• use it to sell or market products that are not Reckon’s as though they were
• attempt to interfere with the site, its hosting, or anyone else’s use of it
• extract the catalogue by automated means for a competing listing

Ordinary search-engine crawling is welcome; robots.txt says what we ask of crawlers.

What the content is, and is not

The catalogue lists product names, stock codes, pack sizes and datasheets. It is a description of what Reckon manufactures. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, a price list, or a promise that a given item is available in your market.

We take care that what is published is accurate. We do not warrant that it is complete or current at every moment, and specifications can change.

Diagnostic products

Reckon manufactures in vitro diagnostic products. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or instructions for use.

Intended use, method, limitations and performance for any product are stated in that product’s datasheet or instructions for use, which ship with the product. Where this site and a datasheet differ, the datasheet governs.

Regulatory status and marking differ by market. A product listed here is not necessarily registered, approved or available where you are. Ask us before you rely on availability.

Intellectual property

The Reckon name, the Reckon logo, 1^st Check, product names, photography, text and page design on this site belong to Reckon Diagnostics Pvt. Ltd. or are used with permission.

Nothing here transfers any of that to you. You may reproduce a datasheet unchanged for the purpose of using or distributing the product it describes.

Enquiries and the basket

The enquiry list on the catalogue is a convenience: it is kept in your own browser, it is not an order, and it reaches us only when you choose to send it.

Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve stock or fix a price. Any supply follows a written quotation and whatever terms are agreed with it.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to services we do not run, such as a map, a messaging service and an email provider. We are not responsible for those services or their content, and their own terms apply when you use them.
