What ships.
The whole catalogue is export stock. Reagents, rapid tests, controls and instruments leave the same line, under the Reckon name, with the datasheet that belongs to each stock code.

Enquiry
Tell us the products or stock codes, the volumes and the market. The catalogue builds an enquiry list for you; the contact form sends it.
Quotation and paperwork
We quote, and say which documents your market needs from us. Most export enquiries are really asking for paperwork, so that conversation starts here rather than after dispatch.
Batch release
Each batch is QC-tested against reference standards and released in Vadodara before it is packed. The batch record travels with the consignment when you ask for it.
Dispatch
Packed and shipped from the works. Shipping terms, minimum quantities and lead times by region are agreed on the quotation.
