The Pregnancy-hCG (EVA Card) P.Series is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay card for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine. A monoclonal anti-β hCG conjugate and an anti-α hCG test line form a pink-purple line when hCG is present, and a goat anti-mouse IgG control line confirms the test has run. Manufactured at Reckon’s Vadodara facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and released against reference standards before dispatch.

Procedure at a glance4 steps

Open the pouch, remove the card, and bring the urine to room temperature.
Place the card flat and add 2 to 3 drops (50 to 75 µl) of urine to the sample well, without air bubbles.
Read the result within 5 to 10 minutes.
C line only is negative; C and T lines are positive; no C line means the test is invalid. If a faint T line appears after 5 minutes, repeat the test after 2 to 3 days.
