Intended use: The Pregnancy-hCG (EVA Strip) is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay strip for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in urine. The strip stands in the urine; a monoclonal anti-β hCG conjugate and an anti-α hCG test line form a pink-purple line when hCG is present, with a control line above it. Manufactured at Reckon’s Vadodara facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and released against reference standards before dispatch.

Procedure at a glance4 steps
- Pipette about 200 µl of urine into the bottom of a 12 × 50 mm test tube, without wetting the walls.
- Place the strip in the tube, sample end down, up to the arrow mark.
- Leave it standing until the control line has fully formed.
- Read within 3 to 5 minutes: the control line alone is negative; test and control lines are positive.
