Product details.
The Dengue IgG/IgM Ab Card is a chromatographic immunoassay for the rapid, differential detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to all types of dengue virus in human serum or plasma. Separate G and M lines show IgG, IgM or both, beside a goat anti-mouse IgG control line. Manufactured at Reckon’s Vadodara facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and released against reference standards before dispatch.
The specifications and steps on this page are from the datasheet, last updated 04-2026. The datasheet governs: read it before use, or ask us.

- 1 drop (10 µl)
- Buffer
- 2 to 3 drops (60 to 90 µl)
- Read at
- 15 to 20 minutes after the buffer; not after 20 minutes
- Limitation
- A primary screening test; if negative and dengue is still suspected, retest in 3 to 5 days
- Storage

- Made in
- Vadodara, Gujarat, India
Procedure at a glance5 steps
- Take a device from the pouch and lay it flat.
- Add 1 drop (10 µl) of serum or plasma to sample well S.
- Add 2 to 3 drops (60 to 90 µl) of assay buffer to the sample well.
- Read at 15 to 20 minutes after adding the buffer, not later.
- C only is negative; C and M is IgM positive (primary infection); C and G is IgG positive (secondary or past infection); C, G and M is a late primary or early secondary infection; no C line means the test is invalid.
