Product details.
The Dengue Combipak (NS1 & IgG/IgM) Card is a one-step immunochromatographic assay that detects both dengue NS1 antigen and differential IgG and IgM antibodies to dengue virus in human serum or plasma, on two strips in one device. NS1 covers early infection, while IgM and IgG point to primary, secondary or past infection. Manufactured at Reckon’s Vadodara facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and released against reference standards before dispatch.
The specifications and steps on this page are from the datasheet, last updated 04-2026. The datasheet governs: read it before use, or ask us.

Procedure at a glance5 steps
- Bring the sample and the device to room temperature, and lay the device flat.
- NS1 strip: add 2 to 3 drops (50 to 75 µl) of serum or plasma to its sample well.
- IgG/IgM strip: add 1 drop (10 µl) of serum or plasma, then 2 to 3 drops (75 to 90 µl) of assay buffer.
- Read both strips at 15 to 20 minutes, not later.
- NS1: C and T is positive. IgG/IgM: C and M is IgM positive; C and G is IgG positive; C, G and M is positive for both. On either strip, no C line means the test is invalid.
