The Dengue Antigen NS1 Card is a rapid, qualitative solid-phase immunochromatographic test for dengue virus NS1 antigen in human serum or plasma. Anti-dengue NS1 monoclonal antibody on the test line captures the NS1-gold complex; NS1 is found from the first day and up to 9 days after the onset of fever. Manufactured at Reckon’s Vadodara facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and released against reference standards before dispatch.

Bring the specimen and the device to room temperature (15 to 30 minutes).
Open the pouch and use the device straight away.
Add 2 to 3 drops (50 to 75 µl) of serum or plasma to sample well S.
Read at 15 to 20 minutes, not later.
C only is negative; C and T is positive for dengue NS1 antigen; no C line, or T only, means the test is invalid.
