Product details.
The POCT HBsAg (Hepa Card) is a one-step immunochromatographic sandwich assay for the qualitative detection of hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in whole blood, serum or plasma, packed for point-of-care use with a 25 µl dropper, lancet and alcohol pad for each test. A monoclonal antibody gold conjugate and polyclonal solid-phase antibodies bind HBsAg to form a pink-purple test line. Manufactured at Reckon’s Vadodara facility under ISO 13485:2016 quality management, and released against reference standards before dispatch.
